The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping mall and is easily accessible to various attractions in the city. It is the first drop-off point for the free shuttle bus from Kowloon Station and is right next to Harbour City. The hotel is also close to the MTR for easy transportation. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with excellent customer service. The hotel offers a continental lounge for a great breakfast selection and midday drinks.

Marco Polo delivers as always. The staff at the Prince Hotel were helpful and friendly, always wearing a smile. The rooms weresuper clean and cozy, great to relax after a long day of exploring. The hotel's great location made it easy to walk to nearby restaurants and shops, and public transportation was readily accessible. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The location was convenient, close to shopping areas and the ferry to Hong Kong side. The staff was excellent, providing great hospitality and fast responses to our requests. The room was spacious and quiet, perfect for traveling with kids. Adjacent to a mall with hundreds of shops and restaurants, and close to all types of public transportation.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of a vibrant and busy area. We loved being just a short walk away from the famous Harbour City shopping center and close to all the amenities we needed. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, from the front desk to the kitchen and service staff. The breakfast selection was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in the rooms and the convenient room service. our experience at this hotel was top-notch and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting this city.

The only minor issue we encountered during our stay was that some staff members had difficulty speaking English. However, this did not detract from the quality of service we received.

The staff at the hotel were really friendly and helpful, always smiling and cute. They even upgraded us to a suite when our flight was cancelled and we arrived a day later. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with lots of amenities. The hotel is centrally located, close to public transport options and a free shuttle to the airport express stops right in front of the hotel.

The check-in process was a mess. It was really inconvenient and I had to pay for international roaming fees.

They were always attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The room amenities were great, with a sitting area, in-room safe, and free Wi-Fi. The dining options were fantastic, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area to choose from. The buffet breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options to satisfy everyone's tastes.

The staff at the front desk could sometimes be a little difficult to communicate with if they didn't speak English, but this didn't detract from our overall experience. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
